The flexible lessons are for summer session only.

📅 2026 Summer Session Dates: June 15 – August 16

🏫 Studio Closed: July 4 (Independence Day)

As in previous years, summer tuition must be paid in full before the session begins. This payment covers lessons from June 15 through August 16 and allows for maximum flexibility.

• Invoices will be sent by June 1 and are due by June 10.
• A $25 late fee will be applied to payments received after June 10.
• If you need to arrange an alternative payment plan or anticipate being out of town when your bill is due, please email CarolinaMusicSchool@gmail.com before June 1.

Summer Enrollment Options

Option 1: Take the Summer Off

• Summer lessons are not required, but to guarantee your current teacher for the fall, a $100 teacher hold fee is required.
• The hold fee does not guarantee a specific lesson day or time—fall scheduling will be based on availability.
• If you choose not to pay the hold fee, your student may be assigned to another available teacher in the fall.

Option 2: Flexible Summer Session Lessons

• Tuition: $260 (covers 4 total hours of instruction)
• Hours can be scheduled flexibly to accommodate vacations, camps, and summer activities.

Lesson Breakdown Options:

• (8) 30-minute lessons
• (5) 45-minute lessons
• (4) 60-minute lessons
• Any combination equaling 4 total hours of instruction

Flexible Scheduling:

• Lessons do not have to be at the same day/time each week.
• You may schedule lessons as needed by working directly with your teacher.
• If you’ll be out of town one week, you can double up lessons another week or extend lesson times.
