Kyle is a pianist, performer, and dedicated music teacher currently pursuing a double major in music and chemistry at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, expecting to graduate in December 2025. Driven by a lifelong passion for music, Kyle is enthusiastic about sharing this love with his students, helping them grow as musicians and develop their artistry and creativity.
As an experienced pianist, Kyle frequently performs in concerts hosted by the UNC Department of Music and has participated in numerous piano competitions throughout high school and college. In addition to solo piano performance, Kyle has a strong passion for chamber music and collaborative playing, continually seeking opportunities to engage in ensemble settings.
Beyond piano, Kyle is proficient in clarinet and spent his high school years playing in orchestras and ensembles including the North Carolina Chamber Music Institute and the Triangle Youth Philharmonic. Drawing from these diverse musical experiences, Kyle seeks to provide an encouraging and enriching environment for students. He strives to understand each student’s unique learning style so that he can better assist them in overcoming struggles and achieving their personal musical goals.
